The Short Answer
They're two separate games from two different developers.
Dig Deep by CrazyLabs is an idle mining game. You dig out a hole, collect gems and valuables, hire a crew and upgrade your operation so it can go deeper over time.
Digging Deep by Bitrealms Studio is a tap reflex arcade game. You tap through blocks as fast as you can, dodge the dangers rushing up at you and try to beat your best depth, one quick run at a time. In Survival mode, don't touch the lava.

A Note from the Developer
I'm Niklas, the developer behind Bitrealms Studio. I first released Digging Deep on Google Play in 2014, and this year I refreshed it with a new look and 60 FPS.
Dig Deep is a separate game from a different studio. I wrote this page for anyone who found one of them while looking for the other. If you're after the tapping game, you're in the right place.
Dig Deep details are taken from its Google Play and App Store listings, checked 30 September 2026.
