Outmarbled — Bitrealms Studio

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Bitrealms Studio ("we", "us") makes Outmarbled, a free game for Android. This page explains what data the game and the services built into it collect, why, and the choices you have.

Summary

Information Collected

Depending on the service and your choices, the game and the services described below may process a player ID, your game profile and progress (such as your marbles, wallet balance and XP), courses you publish and the ratings and results of course plays, approximate location derived from your IP address, device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, how you interact with ads, and technical diagnostics.

Player Profile and Online Courses (Unity Gaming Services)

Outmarbled uses Unity Gaming Services to run its online features. When you first play, Unity Authentication creates an anonymous player ID for you. Your player profile (for example your marbles, wallet balance, XP and any name shown in the game) is stored with Unity Cloud Save. The online course arena runs on Unity Cloud Code: when you publish a course, the course and the information shown with it in the game are stored on Unity's servers and made available to other players, who can play and rate it. Results of course plays, such as wins and ratings, are stored there too.

Unity runs these services for us. Unity's servers may also log technical data such as your IP address. For details, see the Unity Privacy Policy.

Install Measurement (Tenjin)

With your permission, Outmarbled uses Tenjin, an attribution service that works on our behalf, to measure which ads or links led to an install and how the game is used. The game asks for your permission the first time you play. If you tap "Allow", Tenjin receives:

Nothing is sent to Tenjin before you tap "Allow", and nothing is sent if you tap "No thanks". You can change your answer at any time with "Privacy choices" in Settings. Switching to "No thanks" stops any further sending but does not delete what Tenjin has already received. To ask for that data to be deleted, email us at the address below. Your choice is stored only on your device, so the game asks again after a reinstall or on a new phone.

Your Tenjin choice does not control the ad services, Unity Gaming Services or Google Play Games Services. Tenjin processes this data to provide its service to us. For details, see the Tenjin Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Outmarbled may show rewarded ads that you choose to watch, for example to open a loot box. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay, a mediation service that requests ads from ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. Both are part of Unity. To deliver and measure ads, keep their services working and prevent fraud, these services may collect:

This data may be shared with their advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. For full details, see the Unity Privacy Policy, which also covers ironSource. Android lets you reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings, usually under Privacy > Ads (the wording varies by device).

Google Play Games Services

Outmarbled uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in. When you sign in, your Play Games profile is sent to Google to run this feature. Google may collect more data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. This data is managed by Google, not by us.

Analytics

The game does not use Firebase, Google Analytics or a separate crash-reporting service. With your permission, Tenjin measures installs and game use as described above. Unity's engine, Unity Gaming Services, the ads software and Google Play Games Services may collect technical and usage data as described in their privacy policies linked above.

Deleting Your Data

We keep your player data for as long as the game's online features are available, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Security

The game and the services described above send data over encrypted connections.

Children's Privacy

Outmarbled is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, or to object to how it is used. Contact us and we will help, including by passing your request to the service that holds the data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy, for example when the game adds a new feature or service. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
